Pam is the owner/broker with over twenty years’ experience in residential and multifamily sales as well as property management. Pam created the company to foster the professional relationships she developed with investors and clients, and to provide customized attention to investment portfolios. She obtained her Real Estate license in 1991 and enjoyed a great career in Residential sales, winning her many awards such as Top producer and designations for Fine Homes and Estates along with Elite Home Status. She obtained her Brokers license in 2011 to coincide with the ownership of the company. Pam is enthusiastic about the Dallas-Fort Worth area and its continued growth. Her experience extends too many facets of Real Estate. She has been very instrumental in turn around programs for multifamily properties along with the growing Mini Storage industry. Her passion is Real Estate with a strong emphasis on investment properties

Nancy has been the Operations Manager for the Property Management Division since May 2013. She joined Professional Asset Management and Sales in July 2009 as a Client Relations Specialist processing lease applications and renewals. She expanded her role in January 2010 to include Closing Coordinator for sales contract files. She also schedules the residential make ready teams for vacant properties. Prior to joining the PAMS team, Nancy had over ten years’ experience in operations and facilities management, with a strong emphasis on cost control and client retention. She has extensive experience with account reconciliations and delinquencies, and was successful in exceeding projected profitability targets. Customer service is a top priority. She believes in fostering strong relationships with vendors, residents and owners and understands that timely communication is key to the overall success of property management. Dawn Ball

Dawn is a 13 year veteran in the accounting industry for income producing properties, but her experience in accounting extends beyond 30 yrs. She is directly responsible for the department as well as all accounts receivables and payables. Dawn will be the go to person for all monthly and yearly financial reporting. She is an effect problem solver and prides herself on accurate accounting of all finances for each property. In addition to her accounting skills she enjoys working with people and exhibits great customer service and is always willing to help. Shortly after moving to Texas in 1998, met her husband of 12 years, who coincidentally is also from Ohio. They live happily in their country home where they enjoy working in their yard and playing with their 2 labs.

Tony Grant heads up our research and development team. He has developed an ROI worksheet that projects costs that allow an investor to make an educated selection of a properties to purchase, based on the research from our team. Tony received his real estate license in 1992. He went to work for Century 21, during that time Tony led a team that became awarded an elite status of Top 10 producers in sales for the region. Looking to advance his knowledge in the profession, Tony went to work in the mortgage business for residential home lending where he gained his knowledge about loans and the closing process. Once he learned the mortgage side of the industry, he went back to school to get his real estate broker’s license. Tony was later offered and opportunity to join forces with us as an associate to learn the investor side of the business. Tony is a part of the team where he has learned to research and identify properties. He has worked with the rehab team to understand the cost and work need for each property, whether it’s a full rehab or a minor make ready. Tony works closely with each investor to understand them and find properties that fit their wants and needs.

Joe received a Master of Education degree from Harding University, Real Estate Law Degree from LaSalle University, Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University and Associates of Arts degree from Phoenix College. Joe was inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, an Honor Society in Education founded in 1911, Kappa Delta Pi encourages high professional, intellectual and personal standards and recognizes outstanding contributions to education. While attending college Joe became a World Class distance runner representing his University, and the United States of America in National and International competition, including the 1968 Olympic trials. In 1992 Joe was inducted into the Harding University Hall of Fame. The Citizen Press Service used clichés like “great competitor” and “super athlete” to describe what they considered one of the school’s all-time best runners in cross country and track and field. Boundless enthusiasm and fierce competitiveness are the hallmarks of Joe’s personality. Joe served as a secondary educator at Saint Dominic High School and Mercy High School, Dioceses of Rockville Center, Long Island, New York from 1969 to 1974 during which time he received the Outstanding Secondary Educator of America Award. He also served during this time as Athletic Director, English Instructor, Biology Instructor, as well as Head Basketball, Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. Joe also received the “Outstanding Athlete of America” Award for his individual efforts as a distance runner. Joe accepted an appointment as Director of Sports, (Sports Branch), at the United States Military Academy West Point, New York in 1974. While serving at West Point Joe coached the distance runners and was honored by the Department of Defense, United States Army with the presentation of “The Army Commendation Medal” for meritorious service in connection with the overall mission of the United States Military Academy. Joe established and implemented the “Run for Your Life” program for the Department of Defense. Joe became self employed as a business consultant and an insurance company owner while continuing his professional running career. On September 30, 1998 Joe received the National Leadership Award from the National Republican Congressional Committee for serving as Co-Chairman of the Committee’s Business Advisory Council which was founded by House Speaker Newt Gingrich. The award stated “You were selected because of all the support you have given us over the years and, in particular, for your help in balancing the federal budget.” On the last week of August, 2010 organized and founded the Texas Running Center a Certified USATF competition Club # 26-095 with a mission is to promote the “Running Lifestyle” and give back to the community some of Joe’s coaching and running knowledge he was fortunate to acquire over 50 plus years in the sport. In addition the Texas Running Center acts as a Professional Sports Agency on behalf of several elite runners that Joe coaches from the United States, Ethiopia and Kenya.
